Please ensure within all returns clear note mentioning your Billing Name and Order ID is mentioned so we can identify who the parcel is from this will ensure speedy action of your Exchange or Refund. Thank you.

EXCHANGES

FREE COLOUR SWAP/EXCHANGE: Ordered the wrong colour? No problem! Simply return the extensions back to us, and we will post you a replacement FREE OF CHARGE! (This means we pay for the return postage getting new shade back out to you ie. You do not have to pay us anything else BUT you do need to pay for the return postage).

For Exchange please add clear note mentioning your Billing Name and Order ID so we can identify who from and say what new shade/style you would like in return. If needing a match (HAIR) the best way to ensure best match please add small cutting your hair so that we can match against all the shades we have if no match is found we will advise you and refund you.or send us picture to sale@quickclipinhairextensions.co.uk (please mention your billing name and Order ID and mention for exchange and that you are /have posted hair ...then we can link pictures to returned parcel)  

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully.

Any item will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, providing it is unused, unworn, it is returned exactly as received

Notes:

  1. If you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.
  2. Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories and please package it all securely.
  3. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to inspect it, or used more than reasonably expected.

The returns address is on the postage label of all orders. For your own protection we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery. If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced. The customer is responsible for all return post charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable courier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.

Please note for returns we require the following: A note of the name of the person who paid for the item enclosed in the package

  • OFFERS & PROMOTIONS including 3 for 2

If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.

Please also note that if you bought your items as part of a promotion, we'll always give you a refund that matches the amount you paid for the item unless:

  1. If you participated in a buy two get one free promotion and return only one or two of the items you will receive no or part refund. If you return all 3 items you will receive a full refund.
  2. If you participated in a linked saving offer (e.g. buy 2 wig falls and get free coloured contacts for free) you must return ALL items to get a full refund. So in this example, if you only return the 2 wig falls in the example above you will be refunded less the price of the coloured contact lenses as you no longer qualify for the offer.
  3. If you return an item that is included in a promotion, we will deduct the discounted value from the first item returned from that order.

 

  • HAIR PURCHASES (Exchange Or Refund)

Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any product that is in a used/worn state and more specifically:

  1. For One Piece and Full Head extension - removed from the elastic bands (can be removed plastic wrap and from card but elastic band must remain intact)
  2. For Wig and Wig Falls and Ponytails – where tag has been removed (can be removed from packaging and netting but tag must remain intact). 

 If we receive an item that is not in it's original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or to refund less than the full price of the item.

For extensions, due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept any returns if the item has been clipped in your hair. 

 

  • CONTACT LENS (Exchange Or Refund)

Please note that we can only exchange or refund contact lenses if they are Sealed and Unopened

 

FANCY DRESS & HOLIDAY FASHION

  1. Swimwear is returnable, however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.
  2. Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

 

  • MISSING ITEM(s) FROM MY PARCEL

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team via email. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

 

  • FAULTY ITEMS

Any item that is faulty in any way will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

 

  • THE IMAGE LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE PRODUCT

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

 

  • REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We usually refund returned items within 1-2 working days of receiving them. We guarantee to do so within 5 working days.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please email us sale@quickclipinhairextensions.co.uk  If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).
