Is Ordering With Quickclipin Safe?
Absolutely. Our website is built using a Secure Sockets Layer your card details are not stored on our server and our payments interface is provided by Worldpay & Paypal. If you have any concerns over the security of your information or transaction, please don't hesitate to contact us.
My order doesn't appear to have gone through properly, what should I do?
On rare occasions technical issues can result in errors occurring during a transaction when we are passing information through our encrypted gateway to our secure payment providers Worldpay & Paypal. Don't worry your details remain secure; however sometimes we don't receive an authorization code back to confirm your order.
If you think something 'odd' has occurred during an order attempt please contact us so that we can investigate for you.

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP) although we do show the converted price in Euros & US Dollars - as the currency exchange rate changes daily these converted prices may not be exact & we would recommend that you check online for the exact rates before placing your order. We can not be held responsible for discrepancies with the current currency rate as it changes frequently.
Having problems paying?
We are very sorry if you are experiencing problems when paying. If your card is declining on checkout then it is usually because your card issuer has put a block on your card - this happens more commonly with International cards. Card issuers have monitors which track your spending, if you do not often use your card on International websites then they may block or put a hold on your card. Although our website is 100% safe & secure card issuers do this to make sure it is you that authorised the payment.
We would strongly suggest contacting your card issuer first if you experience any problems when paying & they will lift any blocks on your card. If the problem persists please check your address matches your address registered with your card & all fields are entered correctly.
